Feel Good Workshop Percussion Jam

This month we will be residing in the wonderful St. Matthew's hall with a private room and facilities of our own. The session will include an introduction to how playing percussion can improve our wellbeing followed by a jam and social. Please feel free to bring your own hand percussion instruments if you like or we have a limited number of hand drums and tambourines. There is no expectation for ability just enthusiasm. This is only our second one so we are in the process of building and growing and would really, really appreciate your support. The room costs a little so a donation towards that would be great but not necessary. Please bring your own coffee/tea/drinks.
