The same time and the same style of class as my previous Monday morning yoga class, I’ve just moved location to the very lovely Harbour House. Really hope you can join me there!

This yoga class is suitable for all levels and is designed to both stretch and strengthen your body. Using accessible postures, we’ll build deep, functional strength while incorporating calming stretches, balancing poses, and stabilizing movements. It’s a grounding practice that helps reduce stress, enhance body awareness, and leave you feeling refreshed and connected.
