Two-day Workshop run by award-winning artist, Wendy Barratt

We will explore both playfulness with paint as well as the rigour of keen observation in order to get a likeness.

We will work from two live models.

Learn about colour mixing and effectively using tonal values Introduce more vibrant colours and use looser brushmarks

Suitable for beginners or those with some experience

You will have group tuition and live demonstrations as well as one-to-one support throughout.

Students will be encouraged to develop their own unique way of looking, seeing and working.

Please enquire if you would like a room in the main house available mon 8th- Fri 14th (continental breakfast included) - max 5 ensuite rooms. Partners are welcome to stay at no additional cost.
