La Municipalité de Morin-Heights vous invite à célébrer la musique des grands orchestres des années 30 et 40 avec le groupe L’Esprit du Swing. Vous y entendrez des classiques de Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Artie Shaw et Count Basie, entre autres. Si l’inspiration vous touche, ce concert est parfait pour danser le lindy hop!
Le groupe de musiciens joue ensemble depuis 1998 : Roger Walls (trompette et voix), Pierre Perron (saxophone, clarinette et voix), Jean Cyr (contrebasse), Laurent Roberge (batterie) et Chris Hunter (guitare et direction musicale).
Apportez votre chaise ou votre couverture pour vous installer confortablement. Gratuit pour les résidents de la MRC des Pays-d'en-Haut et pour les 17 ans et moins, frais d'accès au parc de 5$ pour les non-résidents.
Le spectacle sera déplacé au Chalet Bellevue en cas de pluie.

The Municipality of Morin-Heights invites you to celebrate the music of the great bands of the 30s and 40s with L'Esprit du Swing. You'll hear classics by Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Artie Shaw and Count Basie, among others. If you're feeling inspired, this concert is perfect for lindy hop dancing!
The group has been playing together since 1998: Roger Walls (trumpet and vocals), Pierre Perron (saxophone, clarinet and vocals), Jean Cyr (double bass), Laurent Roberge (drums) and Chris Hunter (guitar and musical direction).
Feel free to bring your chair or blanket to settle in comfortably. Access is free to MRC des Pays-d'en-Haut residents and children 17 and under, and there is a $5 access fee for non-residents.
The show will be moved to Chalet Bellevue in case of rain.
