A Between Lives meditation is a deep, guided journey that helps you connect with the spirit realm where your soul visits between incarnations. In this group meditation, you'll be guided to meet your soul family, consult with your spirit council, visit a healing space, and explore a special place that's unique to you. These experiences can give you valuable insight and guidance about who you truly are and the lessons you're here to learn. You'll also receive healing from your spiritual team and step into a one-of-a-kind place in the spirit realm that's just for you. It’s a powerful way to uncover your soul’s wisdom and find clarity on your path.

Mats, pillows, blankets, and eye masks will be provided. A limited number of reclining chairs are available on a first-come basis unless reserved ahead of time.
