Horses and Movement Journey

Join us for an immersive and heart opening evening in nature.

Come and connect with the horses, spending some hands on time with them where you will learn how to regulate your nervous system and feel the effects of the presence of the horses.

You will then be guided through a grounding and meditative yoga flow, centering into your body and connecting deeply into your heart space.

Horses are master healers and embody love and heart energy. The weaving together of the horses and heart centred movement is a perfect way to wind down and reconnect. This soft, nurturing and gentle energy will leave you feeling balanced, relaxed and rejuvenated.

Note - no yoga or horse experience is required, all interaction with the horses is on the ground.
