Walk With Ease

Walk With Ease is an evidence-based walking class. This class is offered for 18 sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Registration is required. This class is offered free of charge. Participants are encouraged to contribute by cost sharing or voluntary contributions, but no one is turned away from inability to do so. This class receives funding under an Award with Trellis as part of the Older Americans Act.
