Join us for a 3-day, 2-night experience created specifically for neurodiverse young adults (ages 18–28) who are looking for connection, community, and a space to thrive.
This retreat is about embracing who you are, learning in ways that work for you, and connecting with people who get it.
We designed everything with the neurodiverse brain in mind, including:
- Flexible schedules that honor energy levels and sensory needs.
- Choice-based activities so you can engage in ways that feel best for you.
- Menu options for every meal to support dietary needs and sensory preferences.
- Small-group workshops on relationships, self-advocacy, self-regulation, and more.
- Low-pressure social spaces for genuine conversation and friendship building.
- Quiet zones and sensory-friendly spaces to recharge when needed.
This retreat is all inclusive! Lodging, meals, and activities are all included.
