Join us for an hour long seminar on the geology, geograhy, and climate of Santa Cruz Mountains. Here we will have Ken Swegles who is the Viticulturalist along with Cole Thomas, Winemaker of Madson. Learn about their approach to farming with nature on the mountain, and how Cole approaches caring for the fruit after it is brought into the cellars!
