Intro to Access Bars

This is a 2 hour class that will provide an introduction to the hands-on technique that is Access Bars. Participants will leave with tools that empower you to come back to your knowing and internal guidance for greater ease and confidence in your life and living. You will also be introduced to a few of the 32 points of the Access Bars. These are all tools you can bring home and use immediately with yourself and your loved ones.Access Bars is a gentle, hands-on technique involving light touch on 32 points on the head that correspond to different areas of life like communication, awareness, money, control, and creativity. These points hold stored thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations. By lightly touching these points, practitioners aim to release the energy and “junk” associated with these stored limitations, allowing for a greater sense of ease and well-being.

The class will take place at HealHouse which is located in the lower level of FoxFace Studio in Saint Paul.

Cost: $35 (Cash, Venmo, Cash app accepted)
