Guy Frechette was diagnosed with terminal bone cancer about 2 years ago. He has been fighting hard and everything possible to fight this cancer but the financial requirements for big pharma are catching up. Guy has been a huge part of the community ranging from scout leader, to helping making play set at local schools, being an amazing father and husband and as we wll know making chidlren smil all over the state with the mystery machine.We will be holding a "Duck Cancer" benefit. ( if you can maybe put a rubber ducky on the flyer that would be cool. This will be a 2 day benefit with games, a ton of raffle items including black stones, paddle boards, mystery coolers and much more. Friday spet 26th we will be running a switchholio tournament, no need to bring a partner. sign ups at 6pm bags fly at 7. Saturday we will be hosting a Bring your own partner doubles tournament and will have different tiers so anybody from a brand new player to an advanced player can play. guaranteed 7 games. Sign ups start at 11am and bags will fly at noon. You do no need to play in the tournament to come to the benefit.
The venue will be at the St paul Armory Address: 600 Cedar St, St Paul, MN 5510.
this is a great venue that allows you to bring in your own drinks as long as they are in a cooler and there is no glass- No exceptions. there will be an entry fee of $10 per person per day to enter the building.
There will also be food available on site as part of the fundraiser.
Everything at the benefit will be cash only so please plan accordingly.
