Draw Your Parts: A Creative Workshop for Inner Connection Join us for a gentle, guided experience where you'll connect with a part of yourself that’s been longing for attention—and give it a voice through color, shape, and texture.

In this workshop, I’ll guide you in connecting with a part of yourself using the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS), a powerful framework for healing and self-discovery. We’ll begin by noticing which part of you is asking to be seen. Through grounding and mindfulness, you’ll have space to focus on, flesh out, and befriend that part. Then I’ll gently guide you to choose colors, textures, and materials that resonate—inviting you to draw, scribble, or collage your part onto the page.

This isn’t about artistic skill—it's about creative healing. You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of your inner world and a new way to relate to the parts of you that carry pain, protection, and potential.

Two ways to attend:✨ In person – $20 | All art supplies are included✨ Via Zoom – suggested minimum $10 | Bring your own simple art materials (paper, pens, markers, scissors, glue, old magazines, etc.)

No prior experience with art or IFS is needed. Just bring your curiosity—and a willingness to explore your inner world with compassion.
