🥁 24FIT - GETFIT is going to be at ST. Michael senior center EVERY TUESDAY in JULY!
➡️ 9:30 am to 10:30am
Cardio drumming combines cardio exercise and drumming to the rhythm of the music in an easy but effective workout. 60’s , 70’s & today Hits!
🤩It's a fun, fast-paced way to get your heart rate up, improve your rhythm, and burn calories.
You don't need to be a drummer to do it, and even more amazingly, you don't even need drums! 🤣
We will have 45 mins of Cardio Drumming to your FAVORITE music also with sculpting those muscles
