I will be out of town for our regular park class Wednesday 7/23. In place of this class, I am adding a Saturday Morning Flow!

We are excited to announce another year of Yoga in The Park!
This year we will be hosting at Shawmut Park! This park is located in St Mary’s, Pa by the Parking Garage!!!!
Classes will be held every Wednesday from 6-7pm. Please note the following exceptions:
*Wednesday 6/11: class will be at 8pm for Full Moon Yoga
*Wednesday 7/2: this will be our 🇺🇸 Red White and Blue Class where portions of the proceeds will go to our city fireworks! 6-7pm
*Wednesday 7/9: Class will be at 8pm for Full Moon
*Wednesday 7/23 NO CLASS- This class will be held Saturday 7/26 at 10am
Classes will be held beginning June 4th and ending September 24.
In the event of inclement weather we will move to the studio on the Diamond.
Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel as well as water.
There will be a sign in book each week and classes are $10 with portions going to the St Mary’s Parks and Recreation Programs.

**All ages and levels welcome, however 13 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult. Kids are 1/2 price $5 with an adult.
**This is an exercise at your pace, doctor’s discretion and leisure. The instructor and St Mary’s Parks and Recreation are not responsible for any injuries, anything unforeseen or lost items.
