Embodied Breathwork

Explore the ancient healing power of breathwork in releasing energy and emotions from our bodies. As we become present with our breath and disconnect from the thinking part of our brain, we are able to connect deeper with our sensations and emotions. While guided by intentionally chosen music, we will find a rhythmic pattern in our breath that can help us access non-ordinary states of consciousness where we can release limiting beliefs and connect with our intuition.

Listen deeply to the innate healing wisdom held within our nervous systems as we honor the teachings of Somatic Experiencing and allow our bodies to guide us in our healing. By following intuitive impulses to move, stretch, and surrender, we can create a felt sense of more space and peace within our body and soul.

This group is for all levels- beginners are welcome!

Doors open at 6:30 pm to settle in and connect with one another. We will begin our breathwork circle promptly at 7:00.

Our breathwork community will be gifted 20% off all products at Natreum on the day of our event, so feel free to come early to browse the shop for some goodies!
