Poems in Motion: A PRIDE Celebration of Movement & Voice

Celebrate PRIDE with poetry, movement, and community. With Poems in Motion, we’ll move through a gentle, all-levels yoga practice inspired by the words we share. Bring a poem—something original or something beloved—and together, we’ll let breath, body, and verse guide us toward connection and expression.

This is a space for every body and every experience. No performance, no pressure—just presence, joy, and celebration of who we are. Queer-affirming, body-positive, and absolutely no tolerance for hate or exclusion of any kind.

💕 Suggested donation is $25, but all are welcome. Donations of any size will support the Northeast Kingdom Rainbow Coalition and their work uplifting LGBTQIA+ voices across our region.
