Join us for a trauma-informed event that combines cathartic expression with nervous system regulation. You’ll start by safely releasing anger, grief, and built-up stress in the rage room, smashing with intention and reclaiming your power.

Then, we’ll slow it down.

You’ll be guided through a grounding meditation, a reflection circle, and simple but powerful breathwork techniques to calm your body, process what surfaced, and leave feeling lighter, centered, and in control.

This isn’t just about breaking things.
It’s about breaking cycles of silence, suppression, and self-abandonment.
