I launched Bridge-Us-Solutions as a solo venture, but the journey quickly became a shared mission when I met Kay Colby — a newcomer from the UK whose values, work ethic, and passion aligned seamlessly with mine. Kay joined the company early in its development and has been instrumental in shaping its direction. She is now preparing to become my business partner.
