0:30 – 0:50 Gentle Somatic Warm‑Up Supine stretches and mindful joint rotations to prime the body for stillness.
0:50 – 1:00 Debrief & Nest‑Building Break Adjust props, add blankets/eye pillows, final questions.
1:00 – 1:40 Guided Yoga Nidra Journey 40‑minute systematic relaxation: body‑scan, breath awareness, imagery, sankalpa planting.

Session format: in person at Uplifted Studio, inside Belleza Health & Beauty Spa (115 N 21st Street, Saint Helens, OR 97051) and live via Zoom. Arrive 5–10 minutes early—on‑site or online—to assemble a cozy “nest.”
Registration: $15, required by 11:59 PM on October 18, 2025 (the night before). Zoom links will be emailed a few hours prior to start time.
