Breathe, move, and let awareness flow through every step and gesture. This two‑hour workshop blends mindful walking, gentle Qi Gong, and Tai Chi‑inspired sequences, giving you practical tools to transform everyday movement into meditative practice.

0:00 – 0:10 Welcome & Introductions Light stretching, meet the group, set collective intention.
0:10 – 0:20 Movement Meditation Overview & Group Agreements Origins, benefits, safety cues, and respect for diverse mobility.
0:20 – 0:30 Posture, Breath & Alignment Warm‑Up Standing body‑scan, joint rolls, diaphragmatic breathing.
0:30 – 0:50 Guided Mindful Walking Slow, silent laps indoors (or courtyard, weather permitting), focusing on heel‑to‑toe awareness.
0:50 – 1:00 Debrief & Hydration Break Share initial impressions; sip water, adjust footwear.
1:00 – 1:25 Slow‑Flow Qi Gong/Tai Chi Sequence 25‑minute series of gentle, repeated forms to harmonize breath and movement.
1:25 – 1:35 Sharing & Discussion Insights on embodied awareness; tips for integrating into daily routines.
1:35 – 2:00 Q&A, Take‑Home Tips & Grounding Close Home practice plan, resources, collective deep breath, gratitude bow.

✧ Logistics & Registration
Session format: in person at Uplifted Studio, inside Belleza Health & Beauty Spa (115 N 21st Street, Saint Helens, OR 97051) and live via Zoom. Arrive 5–10 minutes early—on‑site or online—to settle in and check space for safe movement.
Registration: $15, required by 11:59 PM on September 6, 2025 (the night before). Zoom links will be emailed a few hours prior to start time.
Wear comfortable clothing and supportive socks or shoes (barefoot optional on mats); bring water and an open mind. I look forward to moving mindfully with you!
