*DROP-OFF DAY*
-Friday, August 8th | 5–7 PM
-Bring your labeled and sorted donations to the community center.
-Volunteers also needed during this time!

*SHOP DAY*
-Saturday, August 9th | 10 AM–2 PM
-Volunteers shop early at 9:45 AM
-Clean up: 2-3PM
-Volunteers drive donations to drop-off points 2:30-3:30PM
-Volunteers Clean Up 2:30-3:30

*VOLUNTEERS*
-Sign up for a shift/slot during the volunteer time frame (4-7PM on 5/23 and 10 AM–3:30 PM on 5/24) to shop early.
-Volunteers may fill one standard grocery bag before the event opens.

*WHAT’S THE SWAP?*
-A free event open to the whole community!
-You don’t have to give to take. Bring what your kids have outgrown, and find what they need in the next size.
*WHAT ARE WE SWAPPING?*
-We’ll have basically everything except for large household furniture:
-Kids’ clothes & shoes
-Women’s clothing including maternity
-Men’s clothing
-Accessories
-Breastfeeding & bottle-feeding supplies
-Toys
-Books
-Shoes
-Seasonal gear
-Household
-Electronics & Movies
-Art Supplies
& more!
Please take only what you need so there's enough for everyone.

*DONATION GUIDELINES*
-Clothing must be bagged and labeled by size and gender.
-Unsorted items will NOT be accepted — volunteers will not sort for you.
-No ripped, stained, pilling, cracked graphics, or worn-out items.
-Rubber band or safety pin outfits together.
-At drop-off, place items under the matching size/gender signs.

*ARE KIDS WELCOME DURING THE SWAP OR WHILE VOLUNTEERING?*
-Yes and no! Swaps can be a bit chaotic, so we ask volunteers to use their best judgment.
-Babywearing is totally okay.
-Kids 8+ are welcome if you believe they’ll be genuinely helpful.
-If you need to bring younger children, we recommend signing up for:
•Set-up on Friday, 4/23 from 5–7PM
•Driving donations to a drop-off point after the event 2:30-3:30PM on Saturday, 4/24 if your vehicle allows.
