0:00 – 0:10 Welcome & Introductions Settle in, meet fellow practitioners, ground with a centering breath.
0:10 – 0:20 Mantra Meditation Overview & Group Agreements Origins, benefits, and the guidelines that create a supportive, confidential circle.
0:20 – 0:30 Choosing & Understanding Your Mantra Discover how specific sounds resonate with different intentions and energetic centers.
0:30 – 0:50 Guided Introductory Practice Call‑and‑response chanting followed by a short silent sit to feel the vibration settle.
0:50 – 1:00 Debrief & Refresh Reflect on sensations, sip water, stretch.
1:00 – 1:25 Extended Silent Mantra Meditation Dive deeper into continuous repetition—aloud or mentally—to anchor awareness.
1:25 – 1:35 Sharing & Discussion Optional “popcorn” shares: insights, challenges, breakthroughs.
1:35 – 2:00 Q&A, Take‑Home Tips & Closing Blessing Practical guidance for building a sustainable mantra practice, upcoming events, collective OM.

Session format: in person at Uplifted Studio, inside Belleza Health & Beauty Spa (115 N 21st Street, Saint Helens, OR 97051) and live via Zoom. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early—on‑site or online—to settle in for our collective practice.
Registration: $15, required by 11:59 PM on July 12, 2025 (the night before). Zoom links will be emailed a few hours prior to start time.
