Chimaek Night

Our first Chimaek Night in collaboration with @foodwithyoo is on Friday 12/12. What is a Chimaek Night? It is the Korean tradition of getting together with friends and enjoying fried chicken and beer. Typically the beer style of choice for Chimaek is a crispy light lager so we brewed one up for the occasion. @swarmbrewing Stay Crispy is a refreshing dry rice lager brewed with lemondrop hops and will be released the day of the event. It is the perfect beer to pair with Dave Yoo's amazing chicken. We've also brought in some Soju, a Korean rice spirit, that can be enjoyed on its own, or combined with beer (somaek). It can even be put in a shot glass and dropped into the beer (soju bombs anyone? 💣) We will have many flavors of Soju to choose from which should make for a very fun drinking experience. So mark your calendars and bring your friends out on 12/12 for some Korean style chicken and crispy beers! @foodwithyoo will start serving chicken at 5pm. 🍗🍺🇰🇷
