Held in the serene, high-vibrational energy of our 24-unit EESystem room, The Portal, this event offers a unique opportunity to explore the profound benefits of breathwork and active meditation practices.
Physically, breathwork promotes deep relaxation, detoxification, and increased oxygenation, helping to reduce tension, improve circulation, and support overall vitality. Emotionally, it can release suppressed feelings, foster emotional clarity, and cultivate a greater sense of self-compassion. Experienced facilitators, Atahana & Sheila, will guide you step-by-step, ensuring a safe and enriching journey for participants of all levels. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to breathwork, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired to integrate these practices into your daily life.
What to bring:
● A thick yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort.
● An empty water bottle to fill at our Living Water hydration station.
