In this immersive workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to experience and practice 33 different types of meditation, allowing you to discover which techniques resonate most with you personally. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this session offers practical and accessible ways to incorporate meditation into your daily routine.

This one-day event is an integral part of the Conscious Awakening 15-hour module within the Lahari Ambassador 300 Hr YTT program (a required module). The workshop includes guided online coursework and a brief homework assignment to reinforce your learning.
