Swing Dance Lessons

Registration is REQUIRED!

Learn (or re-learn) the basics of six-count Swing Dance. We will start with basic steps and moving between easy dance holds. We will work to develop lead-and-follow connection, and how to communicate non-verbally with a partner on the dance floor. This class is ideal for brand-new dancers or anyone with just a bit of experience.

No partner is necessary as we encourage people to trade partners during lessons. (Although if you come with someone you can keep that same partner, if so desired.)

During the practice session we will play swing music so that you can practice what we cover in the class. If you are already experienced you can attend just the practice session.

Come alone, or come with friends, but come out and dance with us!
