This is a safe and supportive space for members of the Ukrainian community to reconnect with themselves and one another — with compassion, care, and grounding practices, to explore the emotional impact of change, reflect on personal growth, and nurture inner strength through conversation, shared presence, and mindful movement.
What to Expect:
Guided reflection to explore emotions and life transitions
Developmental games to foster connection and self-expression
Exercises to enhance memory and creativity
Stress-relief practices to calm the mind and body
Tools for deeper insight and emotional clarity
Gentle yoga and breathwork
Heart-opening meditation
£5 per session – all proceeds go to our partner charity, Cruse Bereavement Support.
