CDR Sunday Training-Flats St Albans Edition

Grrl Gang & Friends Treat o the Week.. FLATS!! 👏(I’m not a fan, but I know 🫵you are!) Sunday Funday LSD Run/Walk will be High School to High School & Return. 12 Miles. Option to go less depending on your goals! 📊This route does include a DQ.🍦👀Just sayin.. Also, Todd will be showcasing & performing his pace work tricks with us! 🤩We’ll start first few miles in slow mo and chip off seconds of each mile as we get further into the run. Going for those negative splits?! Let’s Go!📣 Meet at St Albans High School (Kanawha Terrace side, parking lot with the ATM)645am. We’ll take off by 7am, provided we have everyone & we have ourselves together!🤪🤞Ain’t no secret, we like to dilly dally. Going west on Washington St-Loop-West Main St-Round to MacCorkle. Dip Into those Neighborhood streets before Sonic to the bridge-Cross to Nitro-Main Ave to Nitro High. Return. Right From bottom of Nitro-St Albans Bridge to cross MacCorkle at intersection by Sonic/Go Mart back to St Albans High School. 🏫 Once back, we can visit with April Thomas, who lives next door to HS. She’s an OG of our Gang and has been watchin us on the sidelines idue to being in a boot from an injury. Hope we get see you! Don’t forget the sunscreen, hydration and snax!
