CrossFit In-House Draft 2025

Our CrossFit In-House Draft brings a competitive twist inspired by the NBA!

Five coaches each lead a team and take turns drafting athletes in a round-by-round format until their teams are complete. Once the teams are set, Coach Ryan releases the workouts for the competition.

The coaches together with their teams, divide and adapt the workouts for their squads, strategizing to bring out the best in their athletes. Let the games begin!
