Aerial “Yoga” + Soundbath

Please join us for a morning of deep refreshment and relaxation from the inside out. Practice stretching, breathing, and strengthening while a sound bath of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls and hand pan gently envelopes the room in its reverberation.
