New Moon Meditation and Sound Bath

Join me for a deeply restorative 60-minute New Moon Sound Bath & Meditation, where we will harness the powerful energy of May's new moon to release, reset, and realign. This session will guide you through breathwork, intention-setting, and a soothing sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and vocal toning to help you let go of what no longer serves you and create space for new beginnings.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Cozy blanket & pillow for ultimate comfort (optional)
