MURPH 2025

Join WHIP for the Memorial Day tradition of honoring U.S. military personnel who have died serving our country with Hero WOD, MURPH. We will be running heats every 30 minutes starting at 8a and the last heat will begin at 10a. The workout is:

1 Mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run

This workout is open to the public and can easily be modified so that ANYONE can join! You can use the Google link below to sign up for a heat. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to warm-up to be ready to start the workout at the heat time you sign up for. See you all there🇺🇸
