Join the Saginaw County Young Professionals Network (YPN) for a powerful morning of professional growth at Dig DPER, a leadership development session designed to inspire, challenge, and equip young professionals with practical strategies for long-term success. Dig DPER will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 8:30-11 a.m. at the Delta College Downtown Saginaw Center, 319 E. Genesee Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48607.
Led by Eugene Seals, Jr., president and CEO of the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce and founder of Pride Academy, this session blends real-life leadership lessons with a motivational edge drawn from Seals’ experience as a former professional basketball player. Participants will explore the DPER leadership model — a four-part framework that focuses on:
+Decision Based Leadership – Cultivate confidence, integrity, and action-oriented thinking by reflecting on your personal journey through challenges and success.
+Position Based Leadership – Learn how influence and passion—not just titles—can establish you as an industry leader.
+Evaluation Based Leadership – Discover how team performance mirrors leadership style and how key performance indicators can guide strategic growth.
+Results Based Leadership – Push through barriers, align your team’s energy, and use proven processes to deliver measurable results.
Whether you're just launching your leadership journey or seeking to refine your current style, this immersive experience will help you dig deeper and lead with purpose.
Space is limited! Register early to secure your spot. Registration is $25 for YPN members.
