Free Bicycles! (Please see rules below)
Children, Youth & Adults!

-Parent/guardian must be present with ID
-Two bicycles per household
-1 bike offered per person, every three years
-Bikes are refurbished
-Due to local need, free bicycles are for CITY OF SAGINAW RESIDENTS ONLY (must be reflected on ID)
-As supplies last
