Nordic Strong's Sweat for a Cause with i-Tri!

Join the i-tri girls summer fundraising series, #SweatforaCause class at Nordic Strong in Sag Harbor! This exciting event offers a 50-minute high-intensity, low-impact workout specifically designed to challenge participants' muscles and endurance through a revolutionary resistance-based training machine. Led by expert instructors, each session focuses on building deep, functional strength starting from the core, all while participants groove to uplifting music.

Not only will attendees experience an effective and engaging workout, but they will also be supporting a fantastic cause. 100% of the proceeds from this special class will be donated to i-tri girls. This is a wonderful opportunity to transform one’s fitness journey while making a positive impact in the community. It’s time to discover the strongest version of oneself!
