Slow Flow Yoga at Rigsby Recreation Center

Join me for an all levels yoga class at Rigsby Recreation Center every Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm!

This is a Slow Flow Yoga class where we start slow, then work up some heat in the body with some standing postures. We focus on slowing down and (re)connecting breath + movement.

Pre-registration is encouraged via the link on the event page.

WHERE: Rigsby Recreation Center, Safety Harbor.

WHEN: Every Wednesday 6:30p-7:30p

COST: $8 drop-in (please pre-register to make arrival quicker.)
