Start your weekend with peace and presence. Join us every Saturday morning for a quiet, 2-mile walk designed to help you connect with nature, your breath, and the moment.

Meet & Greet: Before we begin, there will be time to say hello and connect with fellow walkers. Once the walk starts, we invite everyone to embrace silence, allowing space for mindfulness and inner reflection.

👟 What to Expect:

A 2-mile walk in peaceful silence
A chance to ground yourself and find calm in nature
A welcoming community of like-minded individuals
📍 Meeting Point: Phillipe Park, parking lot to the right, under shelter 5
🕘 Time: 9 am

Bring your water, comfortable shoes, and an open heart. Let’s walk together in stillness and mindfulness. 🌿✨
