Inversion Workshop with Jess Miller

Ready to flip your perspective-literally? This workshop is part playful exploration, part magical "aha" moment. It's where curiosity meets courage and you discover that going upside down can feel light, supported, and even fun. No forcing. No pressure. Just an invitation to see what's possible when you trust your body and let yourself play.

We'll weave together breath, bandhas, and alignment to help you find lift and stability, using blocks, straps, the wall, and the aerial hammock as your allies. Expect moments of laughter, moments of focus, and that quiet, surprising moment where something clicks and you think, oh... I can do this.
Whether you're inversion-curious or already flying, you'll be guided to explore at your own pace-building confidence, strength, and a little bit of magic along the way.
Yoga teachers will leave with fresh tools, creative techniques, and new ways to help students believe in themselves sooner. Come play!
