Full Moon Flow with Lorelle and Jess B

The full moon doesn't whisper it pulls.

The Full Moon Yoga Flow is an evening to come home to yourself at a moment of natural fullness and illumination. When the moon is full, energy peaks and emotions rise, inviting awareness, release, and honest reflection.
We'll begin with 30 minutes of gentle yoga, moving slowly and intuitively to soîten the body, steady the breath, and create space for what is ready to be felt and released.

From there, you'll be guided into a 30-minute sound bath, where waves of vibration support deep rest, energetic clearing, and integration. We'll close with journaling, warm tea, and community, offering time to reflect, connect, and be held in shared presence. This is not about fixing or forcing it's about listening, honoring your inner rhythm, and allowing the energy of the full moon to illuminate what no longer needs to be carried.
