🌟 Peaceful Minds, Happy Hearts: Kid's Meditation Class 🌟

Give your child the tools to cultivate kindness, calmness, and a happy heart! Our drop-in Meditation for Kids classes are specially designed to help children ages 4–15 develop a peaceful and positive state of mind through Buddha’s simple, compassionate teachings.

Leadership opportunities for older kids 🌱

Parents are welcome to join the adult Sunday Meditations for World Peace class held at the same time or volunteer to assist with the kids’ session. Snacks will be provided—just let us know if your child has any special needs or allergies.

📅 When: Sundays from 10:00 to 11:15 AM
📍 Where: Kadampa Meditation Center, 201 6th Avenue South,
Safety Harbor, Florida

👨‍👩‍👧 Note: All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
