Friendly, inclusive atmosphere. whether you're just starting out, or a regular meditator, you will enjoy these unique meditations, utilising nature sounds, instruments, and singing bowls. Bringing a beautiful ocean of calmness and relaxation.

What to bring: There will be a mixture of sitting and laying down meditations, so bring a yoga mat and pillow. Eye cover, and a water bottle.
