Heidi Sanborn is a nationally recognized leader in environmental policy and circular economy innovation. Heidi is the founding Director of both the California Product Stewardship Council, the National Stewardship Action Council, and the Stewardship Action Foundation. With over 35 years experience being a leader in the solid waste industry, Heidi is the nation's foremost expert on producer responsibility and product stewardship. Heidi is an elected Board Member representing Ward 7 on the Sacramento Municipal Utility District Board. She served as Board President in 2023.

SMUD Chief Information Officer, Suresh Kotha

Suresh Kotha is a transformational and results-driven technology leader with over 30 years of IT experience, including 20 years in the utilities sector. Known for his visionary leadership and business-centric approach, Suresh specializes in aligning IT and OT strategies with organizational goals to drive innovation and impact. His career spans strategic planning and managing complex enterprise systems across large-scale organizations.
