Healing Together: Suicide Prevention
Come join us at the Mack Road Valley Hi Community Center for a special event focused on suicide prevention. A FREE film screening of “THE S WORD” documentary and in-depth discussion about suicide, survivors, and their unique stories. The event features a Wellness Room for access to local professionals, services, and resources for African-Americans seeking suicide prevention and intervention support. Ms. Ubozoh will have a book-signing of “We’ve Been Too Patient” at the conclusion of the event.
