YOGA for Beginners ~ 4 Week Workshop

In this 4-week workshop, participants will explore foundational postures, breath coordination, healthy alignment, the use of props, and options designed to meet your body’s specific requirements.

This series is designed for anyone interested in the health benefits of yoga, curious about the practice, and especially for those who may feel unsure about what to expect. We will be taking our time, exploring options, and discovering what is best for our own, individual needs.
