MOE ~ Mindful Outdoor Experience
Once a month, join Eva Young for some outdoor fun that feeds the mind, body & spirit! These walks are designed to rejuvenate, connect with others, and allow nature to nurture.
This walks are suitable for everyone, children accompanied by an adult are welcome, and the path is ADA-Friendly. It’s recommended to wear comfortable clothing and bring water.

During this MOE Walk (Mindful Outdoor Experience), participants will explore three, simple mindfulness techniques. These evident-based practices can be used anywhere, at any time, to help with stress, anxiety, pain, depression, insomnia, and even high blood pressure among other things.
Tuesday, 10/14 from 5:30 - 6:30 PM
For October’s MOE Walk, we will be using our cameras/phones to become more present with our surroundings and capture the moments that inspire & delight!
