Dogs and animals will not be allowed at the event due to the planned canine demonstrations. This includes vendors and the general public.

FOR VENDORS:
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, better places to live. This year's event will be held at Meadow Street. We will be accepting 50 vendors and it is on a first come first serve basis. Please note: organizations are required to supply their own tables, tents, generators, etc.
Things to Consider Before Submitting Your Application:
Vendor booths must align with the vision of National Night Out, City Police, Fire and Recreation Departments.
Vendor set up is between 1:30PM-3:15PM - All vendors and partners must be set up by 3PM. We will not be able to accommodate if you arrive after 3:15PM.
All Vendors will be required to park in the designated Vendor Parking Lot. Vehicles will not be able to enter the event area between 3:30PM-7:15PM.
If you are bringing a trailer as a part of your booth, please indicate on the form. You will be required to leave your trailer at your booth and park your vehicle in the designated Vendor Parking Lot.
This is a free event to the public, all vendor activities and handouts are required to be free.
The deadline to submit your application is July 1st.
We will close registration if we reach our goal of 50 vendors before July 1st
