Jeff Michels folkadelic jam heads to Rutherfordton, NC for a duo performance at The Parcel Exchange on Saturday, 8/9 from 8-11:00PM. We’re excited!

Jeff Michels began songwriting as soon as he strummed his first guitar at age 16 and hasn’t stopped. His lyrical flow and strong vocals combine with his melodic, often driving rhythm guitar for the sonic foundation. When guitarist Steve Kirkland adds his many sound layers (acoustic, electric, slide) to the mix, the “folkadelic” liftoff is achieved.

With influences as diverse as the Beatles, Dylan, David Bowie and Neil Young, Jeff’s brew of folk rock originals and deep-cut cover tunes make for a great night of music!
