This 3-Hour Yin Journey offers the counterbalance—extended time to pause, breathe, and soften. Together we’ll let go of the heaviness of winter, create space in the body and mind, and settle into a steadier rhythm so you can meet the season with clarity and ease.

These gatherings always carry a special feeling of community and aroha. They are suitable for all levels and all bodies (except during pregnancy).
