✨ MyoYin Journey – Roll, Release & Restore ✨
We all carry tension — in our shoulders, hips, jaw, even in those hidden corners of the body we don’t notice until they start shouting. This workshop is about giving your body a chance to soften, unwind, and let go (without having to stand on your head or do anything bendy).
MyoYin blends myofascial release (using magic massage balls to gently press, roll, and free up the fascia) with Yin Yoga (longer-held, floor-based shapes that work deeply into the tissues and calm the nervous system). Think of it as giving your fascia a massage and your mind a break at the same time.
Here’s what you’ll get:
- Release the tight, knotted spots you didn’t even realise were there
- Fascia that shifts from stuck to spacious, leaving the body free to move with ease
- Slow down enough for your nervous system to go, “can we do this every week?”
- Leave feeling lighter, softer, and more grounded — and already planning your next one.
✨ No yoga experience needed (Unfortunately not suitable for those who are pregnant) — if you can breathe, lie down, and roll on a ball, you’re good.
