About the event

Walk & Tone exercise class at Castlefields Community Centre

Workout based around walking and marching steps. No jumping or high impact moves to help begin your fitness journey or returning to exercise after an injury. Tone up using light weights or resistance bands. There is no mat work during the session. The social component of a group class can be beneficial in forging new connections and may help to raise motivation.

£5 per person, over 18’s only
